Thomas & Ledger – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Thomas & Ledger’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. Your use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of these terms without modification.

2. Services

Thomas & Ledger provides bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses, professionals, and eCommerce companies in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and surrounding areas. Services include:

Bookkeeping and financial record management

Payroll setup and processing

Custom dashboards and reporting

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Thomas & Ledger, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Billing & Subscription

Services are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days in advance.

You may upgrade or downgrade plans at any time; adjustments will be prorated accordingly.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

30-day notice is required for cancellations.

Refunds are available for the first month if paid monthly, or prorated for annual plans, minus services already rendered.

Additional services outside the standard plan (catch-up bookkeeping, custom setups) are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and business information is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You may request to view, update, or delete your information at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Thomas & Ledger may connect with platforms like QuickBooks, Shopify, or other payroll systems for your convenience. We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thomas & Ledger site, including text, graphics, and reports, is protected by copyright. You may use content only for personal or business purposes, with express permission required for redistribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomas & Ledger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any errors or omissions in the services provided. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court in Idaho.

11. Changes to Terms

Thomas & Ledger may update these Terms of Service at any time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of changes.
